Puppet President

The Puppet President, whose name is unknown, was the President of the United States from an unknown time to the events of Abe Lincoln Must Die!. Voiced by Doug Boyd, he first appears in the White House in Abe Lincoln Must Die! in which he is a puppet controlled by Chuckles on orders of his boss. Presumably he killed the previous president and took over. He was eventually decapitated by Sam & Max after The Commissioner reports to them that he is enacting crazy new laws (though Sam and Max's main hatred of his presidency is his mandatory gun registration). He uses Sam and Max as interpreters for his discussion with Whizzer on Soda Abuse. He will be succeeded by Max. Also, after the episode, Sam & Max will keep his decapitated head in their closet in The Office.
